Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for bookings made with Khammaghanisaa.

Specific terms may vary depending on hotels, transport providers, and activity partners involved in your itinerary. Any special conditions will be shared at the time of booking.

General cancellation guidelines:

• More than 30 days before travel: Advance amount may be partially refundable after deducting administrative and supplier charges, where applicable.
• 15 to 30 days before travel: Up to 50% of the total booking amount may be charged as cancellation fee, depending on supplier policies.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund is applicable in most cases as hotels and transport are booked in advance.
• No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided for unused services.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we will offer an alternative itinerary or refund the amount for services not availed, as applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Any bank or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

No refund is guaranteed for cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural calamities, pandemics, government travel bans, or civil unrest. We will assist with rescheduling wherever possible.
